5. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to:

• limit quantities

• cancel orders affected by pricing or technical errors

If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We take reasonable care to ensure pricing accuracy. However, if an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a refund.

Payments are processed securely via our approved payment providers. We do not store full card details.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS

7.1 Automatic Renewal

Subscription products renew automatically at the selected billing interval until cancelled.

By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.

7.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us.

To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellation must be made at least 72 hours before renewal.

If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of billing, the upcoming order may still be processed and cancellation will apply to the following cycle.

7.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the payment, suspend the subscription, or cancel the subscription.

8. DELIVERY

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom unless stated otherwise.

Dispatch time: typically 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

9. CONSUMER CANCELLATION RIGHTS (UK DISTANCE SELLING)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving the goods.

However, for health protection and hygiene reasons, opened food supplements cannot be returned unless faulty.

To exercise your cancellation right, you must notify us clearly in writing.

10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

10.1 Change of Mind

You may return unopened and sealed products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

10.2 Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

You agree not to misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend access for breaches.
