Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident trying Three Six Five.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we will be happy to help.

To request a return, please email us at james@threesix-five.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

To be eligible for a return, products should be returned in their original packaging where possible. We reserve the right to refuse a refund where products have been excessively used, damaged after delivery, or where a return request is made outside the 30-day period.

Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
