Will I feel a difference straight away?

What does it taste like?
Orange & Mango. The gel is designed to taste light, smooth and refreshing rather than overly sweet. Taste is personal, of course, but making something enjoyable enough to use every day was part of the brief from the beginning.

How do I take it?
Take one sachet per day. Fold the centre of the sachet until it snaps, then squeeze the gel directly into your mouth.

Do I need to take it with food?

Can I take it when travelling?

Water, plant-derived glycerine (rapeseed), natural Orange & Mango flavours, xanthan gum, citric acid, steviol glycosides from stevia and potassium sorbate.
Does it contain caffeine?
No. Three Six Five is formulated to be caffeine-free.
Does it contain added sugar?
No added sugar is used. Sweetness comes from steviol glycosides from stevia.
Is it vegan friendly?
Yes. Three Six Five is vegan friendly.
Where is it made?
The formula is developed in the UK and the sachets are packed in Italy. Production standards listed for the product include GMP-certified production, HACCP compliance and ISO food-safety controls.

Can I take it with coffee?
Three Six Five itself contains no caffeine, so taking it alongside coffee does not add caffeine from the gel. However, everyone’s tolerance and circumstances differ. If you’re sensitive to ingredients, have a health condition or take medication, speak with a healthcare professional first.
Can I take it with medication?
If you take prescription or regular medication, check with your doctor or pharmacist before using Three Six Five. Because the formula contains multiple active ingredients, it’s better to get advice specific to your medication than rely on a generic time gap.
What if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Please speak with your doctor, pharmacist or another qualified healthcare professional before using Three Six Five while pregnant or breastfeeding.
I have diabetes. Can I take it?
Three Six Five has no added sugar and uses stevia-derived sweetener. If you have diabetes or take medication that affects blood glucose, speak with your doctor or pharmacist before adding a new supplement to your routine.
Will it make me feel jittery?
Three Six Five contains no caffeine and is not designed as a stimulant hit. Individual experiences still vary, so stop using it and seek appropriate advice if you experience an unwanted reaction.
Is Three Six Five a replacement for sleep or a balanced diet?
No. Food supplements are intended to complement, not replace, a varied balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Three Six Five isn’t a substitute for adequate sleep, food or medical care.

Orders are sent using tracked UK delivery. You’ll receive the relevant order and delivery information after checkout.
Do you offer free UK delivery?
Yes. Free UK delivery is available on orders above £60.
What is your returns policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of receiving it. Products should be returned in their original packaging where possible. Return shipping is normally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Is there a subscription option?
Yes. A flexible subscription option is available with the 30 Day Box. The subscription terms shown at checkout apply to recurring orders.
